King and Bunny's Appliances,
a family owned business, opened it's doors July 1982 in a small portable
building (900 sq. ft.). It's location in Renton Washington lies on
a major arterial road (Sunset Blvd.) in a populated residential and
commercial area. The Renton Boeing factory (where
737s are manufactured) and the Paccar factory (where Kenworth
trucks are manufactured), are 4 miles west in the Renton industrial area.
King and Bunny's is a member of Nationwide West, a buying group affiliated
with Nationwide, which is a national buying group who's collective buying power
is over 11 billion dollars annually. Competitive prices, knowledgeable
employees, caring service, fast deliveries, and a large on hand inventory, make
King and Bunny's a great place to do business.
King worked for Sears Roebuck and Co. for 20 years. His last assignment
for Sears was as division manger of major home appliances. King currently
serves on
the Renton city council for a third term and is an active member in the Renton community.
Bunny is the back support of the business. She had previously worked as
executive secretary, furniture sales person, bookkeeper, and homemaker for our
two children. She currently oversees our finances and keeps us on our
toes.
Jason, King and Bunny's son, has been working in our store since it's
opening. He started by installing dryer cords, making deliveries, and
currently is our ace salesman.
Peter came to work for King and Bunny's in January 1992. He brings to the
company sales and finance experience. He's the major organizer of our
sales floor and warehouse.
Randy is our warehouse and delivery guru. His caring for customers
merchandise is his primary concern. If it's an appliance, Randy knows how
to move it wherever you like it placed.
Ric has
recently joined the Crew as an associate with the Sales Team. He's a long-time
friend of everyone at King and Bunnys and we're excited to have him working with
us!
The Crew at King and Bunny's is knowledgeable, informative, professional, and
have built the business on the premise of treating the customer as you like to
be treated.
