King and Bunnys, a family owned business, opened its doors July of 1982 in a small portable building (600sq.ft.) with the help of good friends. Their beginnings were very sparse with catalog books, a hand truck and a beat-up delivery truck. With six basic white, low end appliances placed on the showroom floor King and Bunnys was opened.
King and Bunnys, now many years later, has had four remodels and expanded to 3200 sq. ft. with a beautiful showroom displaying over 200 major home appliances. They have a local warehouse with over 400 units in stock, all available for immediate delivery.
King and Bunnys is located on Sunset Blvd (SR900) in Renton, WA, just 2.5 miles east from I-405. Three miles away is the Boeing plant were the 737 and the 737MAX airplanes are manufactured and next door to Boeing is Paccar where Kenworth trucks are manufactured. The employment base just in that local area is over 12,000 employees.
King and Bunnys is entrenched in the local community; they believe in giving back. Throughout the years King and Bunny, as well as their team members, have volunteered, been involved with service clubs, chambers, sport clubs and civic organizations. King and Bunnys support auctions, local events, schools, charities, service clubs and much more.
King and Bunnys is a member of Nationwide, a 5,500-member buying and marketing group, whose collective buying power is over 20 billion dollars annually. This appliance buying power is equal to Sears, Home Depot and Lowes combined. Hence, King and Bunnys "WHAMMER DEAL"!

BELLEVUE SUNRISE ROTARY APPLIANCE PROGRAM
The Bellevue Sunrise Rotary, recognizing its commitment to the ideal of service to others in our community, established an Appliance Program to support families in need.
Bellevue Sunrise serves local families in need of a new appliance, whether that be a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. Bellevue Sunrise Rotary has supplied the funds to its business partner, Renton's King and Bunny Appliance Store to purchase the appliances at a discount. Sunrise Rotarians evaluate and coordinate removal and installation of the new appliances.
To date Bellevue Sunrise has purchased 100 appliances in Renton at a value of $60,000.
For all of us involved in this project it is a deeply gratifying to witness the immediate positive impact these appliances have on the lives of those in need in our local communities.
BIOS
KING spent 20 years at Sears; his final assignment was Division Manager of Major Home Appliances. He has served on a number of non- profit boards and served twelve years on the Renton City Council. King passed away May 2nd, 2017, peacefully at home; he will be forever keeping a watchful eye over the operation.
BUNNY passed away suddenly on June 1st, 2015. She will always be remembered as the alter ego of the organization. Her always "yes" support, wise council, stickler for detail and most important her love for all will be truly missed.
JASON King and Bunnys son, started putting on dryer cords when he was ten years old. He is now K&B Sales Inc. President; responsibilities include Customer Service, and Marketing Activities. Jason's experience covers all facets of the appliance business. Jason has been a Board Member and the Chair of The Board of Directors of the Renton Chamber of Commerce, his local home owners association and continues to volunteer his time.
PETER came to work for King and Bunnys in 1992. Coming from England he offers us the European flair. Peter's first job was part time as a helper on the delivery truck. He is now K&B Sales Inc. General Manger. Peter has been a President and Board Member of some local Soccer Clubs and is very involved with the soccer community; he has coached for over 15 years and still currently plays and manages an adult team.
SCOTT came to work for King and Bunnys in 2009. Previously he was employed by CompUSA as a salesman. His first job was a part time helper, then he moved onto the delivery truck, Scott is now our Sales Manager responsible for floor displays, signage and promotional documents. Scott has a wife and two beautiful children.
RANDY came to work for King and Bunnys in 1995. His first job was also a helper on the delivery truck. Randy is now our Logistic-Delivery Manager responsible inventory control and delivery services. He is very sales knowledgeable and helps when needed on the sales floor.
BRANDON starting out as a helper on the delivery truck in 2015 and has demonstrated the willingness and ability to take care of our customers over the last few years. He is now our Warehouse Manager and is also responsible for the warehouse stock and delivery operations. Brandon is also the reigning fantasy football champion from our King and Bunny league, which he is very proud of.
BROCK has been with us since 2017. Started out as a helper on the delivery truck and is now delivering for us full time. In his spare time he is taking classes at Bellevue College to become a CPA.
YURI is one of the finest appliance installers in the Puget Sound region. He is professional with many years of experience. Whether it's a small microwave with trim kit or giant size built-in refrigerator, he gets the job done right the first time.
