I bought this 2 weeks ago and the freezer will not maintain zero degrees. Refrigerator will maintain around 40. After compressor runs and shuts off the freezer will measure zero degrees but will rise to about 20 within a couple hours. The fridge stays around 40 so the compressor never cycles back on to lower freezer temp. I've tried numerous different settings and it doesn't keep freezer cold enough.

I have had this refrigerator for approximately 1 month now. It is very quiet with nice freezer capacity. I would suggest more setting levels for refrigerator temperature and a light in the freezer would be useful. Overall good unit.

This came with the house and we have found it to be roomy and cost effective. The bottom drawers are a little too close to the ground making it difficult for older customers to reach food in the back of the vegetable bins.

I bought my 30-inch wide top freezer refrigerator from Lowe's about a month ago, and I couldn't be happier. The deliverymen did a great job of unpacking and installing my new appliance without a scratch or ding anywhere. It is keeping my food fresh and the interior is nice and open so that I can easily reach everything. Very happy with my purchase.

My old refrigerator was a Whirlpool, which was working well after 15 years, but NH Saves audit suggested I get a newer Energy Star model. I found that this Whirlpool was rated with a yearly cost of $49, far less than anything newer and fancier (mostly $60-$80 a year) and the cost $599.99, was far less than any of the newer ones, which were $1,000-$2,500. The door swings open easily if we don't push it shut and slams on top of my foot. My husband and I tried to raise the front legs 3", but it fell out before 3".The old one had a 3" vent under the door. The refrigerator drawers seem much lighter plastic than the old one and may break easier. It seems to hold more than my old one and is the same size, so a better designed interior. The deli drawer on my old one was larger. I wish a gallon of milk would fit on the door like my old one. I also have a Whirlpool Microwave, which has lasted 3 years, whereas the old one failed after one year. It is starting to go. When it does I will look at Whirlpool.

Just purchased 2 weeks ago to upgrade. 18 cu. ft doesn't sound very big, bit it is roomy. The meat tray slides from side to side to accommodate tall bottles. The storage in the door is great. Only thing I'd rate a 9 on is the vegetable bins...just wish they length to accommodate celery etc. But I love it!

Purchased for my elderly mom. It fits fine in her condo. Disappointed in the model. There is no lighting in the freezer and the door does not have a tight seal. We chose this model because there was a minimal supply of refrigerators that have the dimensions needed to fit her galley kitchen. I made a poor assumption that both freezer and fridge compartments would have adequate lighting. I wanted to return the product but my mom didn't want to go through the headache of having people remove and install a new fridge. She is disappointed and so am I.
