Peter walked us through all our options, answered all our questions, pointed out features that helped us make a great choice. He is extremely knowledgeable, and personable! We bought the dishwasher on Thursday and it was installed Friday morning! Josh, the installer was prompt, friendly and shared some great tips! These guys are top shelf without the top shelf price tag. I've bought several appliances over the years and every time I have called with any issue usually 5-10 years out of warranty they are happy to talk through options and multiple times I've gotten enough info to fix it myself for a fraction of the cost of a new appliance or professional repair. It's so cool when people just try to solve problems and provide excellent customer service. Will I always go back to them for the next appliance? Yep.

Customer service nowadays is everything, and it's exactly what separates King and Bunny's from the big box stores. We bought a (competitively priced) washer and dryer from King and Bunny's and had a slight problem with the closing mechanism on the dryer door being too tight. We were a bit nervous about trying to adjust it ourselves, as we did not want to void any warranties. I stopped by the store and talked to Brandon about our problem. He asked where I lived and said "You going to be home this afternoon?" After said yes, he said "I can swing by after work around 4:00 and adjust it for you." He called when he was on his way, showed up on time and quickly fixed the problem. There is NO WAY anyone at Lowes or Home Depot is going to give customers that kind of support. We are King and Bunny's customers for life!

I can't say enough about King and Bunnys Appliances and their outstanding customer service and quality products offering. My fiancé and I walked into their store last Saturday morning looking for a new refrigerator. We were immediately greeted by a professional salesperson that was extremely knowledgeable about their products (appliances), very friendly and patiently answered all of our questions....And never once did we feel pressured to buy anything. That said, within 30 minutes we had made a purchase for a new refrigerator. As part of the process we also scheduled the home delivery which included moving our current refrigerator out into the garage of our house. Two days later everything was seamlessly done by a courteous, professional delivery crew that took care of everything. It's refreshing to see that there are still businesses out there that execute on taking care of their customers and providing the highest level of customer service possible. We will certainly use King and Bunnys again for any appliance needs. I will also encourage all my friends and family to do the same as they truly are a "top shelf" company who puts the customer first!! THANK YOU!!!

Nothing but rave reviews for King and Bunnys! Our first home we bought all of our appliances here and had a great experience. We have since moved to a new home and needed a washer and dryer. We came in and Jason was super knowledgeable and helpful answering our questions. He was more concerned about our needs than making the sale. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint. We were greeted by Peter. Peter was incredibly nice and most importantly, knowledgeable. They are not pushy. I’ve worked years in luxury retail, and I really felt like I was in a high end establishment, and treated as such, the entire time. King and Bunnys seems to have a very high focus on taking care of each person who comes in the store. Fast foreword, and we are loving our new KitchenAid dishwasher. Small but amazing! This is by far hands down the best place to buy appliances in the area and I will never go anywhere else! The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Jason answered the phone on the first ring! He was considerate to all my questions, navigated me through the website, comparison shopped for me and matched prices!!!!! My quest to remodel our kitchen with all stainless steel appliances was a headache until I called King & Bunny's. This shop did not disappoint! From the signature Kitchen Aid handles on the front door to the shop ;) to the customer service and friendly greeting, this place has exactly what you need at reasonable (and even lower than the competition) prices. Once the order was placed, Jason was gracious enough to waive haul-away and even offered free delivery if they were in charge of installation!! So helpful, so knowledgeable and very personable. I appreciate that there was an offer to extend his services if we run into any problems. Definitely recommending this place! You will be met with expertise and honesty.

I needed a new washing machine when my old one died mid-cycle. I went online at King and Bunny's and left a message. I heard back right away. A comparable model to my old washer was available and, with Jason's help, I determined that it would work and fit, and it was delivered yesterday. The man who installed it was very nice and did a great job. I'm glad I contacted King and Bunny's; they'll hear from me the next time I need a new appliance.

We knew what wanted after browsing Lowes, HD and Albert and purchased a Maytag Laundry set. No hasseling, friendly and professional with Brandon. We wanted to support this small and reputable local business even though each set was $100 more than the others but they were able to deliver 2-3 sooner. Delivery came within 25 minutes of the 2 hour window and were in and out with removal and setup in 30 minutes. Definitely would recommend King and Bunnys

This review has been too long in coming. I first heard of King & Bunny's from a very trusted coworker of mine whose lived in the south end for all her life. I was faced w/buying a washer and dryer for my new home and all I was finding were front loaders at around $4,000 for a set. I told my Dad for that, I'd wash my clothes in the kitchen sink!!! My coworker told me they never go anywhere for appliances than King and Bunny's. I try to avoid big box stores at ALL costs, so was eager to check out King and Bunny's. I walked in, was warmly greeted, and told to let them know if I had any questions. Into the laundry area I went. Soon Scott Eldredge of King & Bunny's was asking me if what specifics I was looking for - front loading, all the bells & whistles, simple simon, etc. I told him exactly what I wanted - an on and an off switch basically. I don't need or want all the 'extras' and I did NOT want a front-loading washer. I wanted simple to use, durable and reasonably priced. He led me right to a set of Maytags that I ended up buying. He was incredibly knowledgeable, not pushy, and we discussed a few other sets of washer & dryers, but he was right the first time. He listened to what I wanted, led me straight to it, out the door for around $1,000 for the set (keep in mind this was several years prior to this review). A few days later, King & Bunny professionals delivered my set, set them up and they've been running w/o incident for years. Fast forward to December 2022. After 14 years, my Kenmore Elite refrigerator begins to develop ice on the floor of the freezer. I chip it out, but the next day it's back. I know exactly where to go! At King and Bunny's, Jason greeted me. I told him the situation and that I was looking to replace my refrigerator, rather than put $ into a repair. Due to supply chain issues, they couldn't even ORDER what I want.... He listened to the symptoms, diagnosed it and told me where I could find information to fix it myself and how much it would cost to have a professional fix my clogged defrost drain. I asked him if my current refrigerator was worth just keeping once I had the drain corrected. He listened to the make, model and age of it and said, "It's served you well. I'd suggest replacing it once you can to avoid an unfortunate incident later when it goes out completely." He gave me his card, told me when to call him when he thought what I want may be able to be ordered again. I had the clogged defrost drain fixed and called him a few months later as he indicated. They're still not able to be ordered, BUT someone had ordered exactly what I wanted before the manufacturer stopped taking orders. It had finally arrived and that person back out. Jason suggested if I wanted it to jump on it! I did!!! The delivery arrival time was 9-9:15 am on a Friday. At 9:00 my doorbell rang, a very nice gentleman delivered it, set it up, and hauled my old one away. I let King & Bunny's know that my old one was quite clean and working, so if they'd like to keep ahold of it as a loaner if someone needed it to please do. Turns out, they donate working appliances to those in need. That made me happy as I hated to trash a working appliance. I just didn't want an unexpected fail later due to its age. Once again, King & Bunny's comes through w/flying colors. I'm w/my now retired coworker on this one. I won't buy my appliances from anyone else either! Thank you Jason and team for providing customer service that's all but extinct in today's world. You're the BEST!!!!!

My wife and I were on the hunt for appliances and we came here after seeing all the five-star reviews on Yelp. I must say, those stars are very well deserved! There's quite a selection with a range of prices. The feeling inside the store is like you're hanging out at your aunt and uncle's place and somebody's about to give you cookies, totally different from other appliance stores. The service is top-notch, with an attentive listener hearing your needs and then suggesting solutions that are in your budget. We weren't surprised to hear that he'd been with the company for something like 27 years. It seems like a great place to work. It's definitely a great place to shop!

I needed a new wall oven. King and Bunny had a great selection and I ordered on-line. the website showed a model which had a convection oven. I ordered it and it was installed on time, cleanly and efficiently. However, the oven was not convection. I called and they became aware the website was inaccurate. They replaced the oven immediately with the next highest model which they knew had convection. the upgrade was a more expensive unit, but I was not charged for reinstall or the better oven. The transaction was professional, I was happy, the oven is great! Do not hesitate to buy from King and Bunny. I am a repeat customer myself !

Words cannot describe the level of service, follow through, care and attention you'll get at King & Bunny's. Bought my first microwave, a top-of-the-line Litton from them in 1982. Bunny herself sold it to me. I have been a loyal customer ever since. Our 10 year old washer recently died, and instead of repairing, thought it might be time for a new one. The only place we considered buying from was King & Bunny's. Sure enough, they had the perfect replacement, and Brandon really knew his stuff. He pointed out the pros and cons of each model, which quickly had us deciding on the perfect model for us. We bought the set, washer and dryer. You may get a few bucks off elsewhere, but you won't get the personalized service, knowledge and attention to detail that you'll get from "the little red store on the left".

We needed a new dishwasher and have always been told to go to King and Bunnys for appliances. We went in yesterday at 5pm and Scott helped us find a replacement without pressuring us into anything. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. We got lucky with a last minute install reschedule and were able to get our new unit installed this morning (less than 24 hours from purchase). Our installer Joshua was great and even reached out to see if he could come earlier. If you are in the market for a new appliance, don't waste your time with the big box stores and just go to King and Bunnys. You will not be disappointed!

King and Bunny’s staff members are always willing to help solve the problems. When our washer went out, for our family with 4 kids - we needed a new one with low hassle. King and Bunny made it happen next day. Delivery was great, setup and everything was excellent and very timely. When we then wanted to match our drier later, even though my own mistake had us get the wrong type - they kindly took it back and found the one we needed and delivered it without any delay from what we initially discussed. We have bought our dishwasher from them previously as well - again, all good stuff. When working with them, it is a family operation, and they all take great pride in their work and are just the most super friendly.

Jack was the lead deliverer/installer, and this dude was AWESOME. Great customer service; worked super hard to get my fridge down my narrow stairs. Very knowledgeable on the product. Super quick and efficient service. Great Black Friday Deals! Scott Eldridge was my sales consultant and he knew EXACTLY what I was looking for... he did a fantastic job! I cannot rave about this business enough. In fact, I only wish that the customer service and quality that King & Bunnys provides could replicated at all businesses. If you're shopping around for help on your appliances - save yourself the time and just go with King and Bunnys. The team is knowledgeable, helpful, will troubleshoot with you, are fair, and seem to genuinely CARE that you find the help you need. Also - JASON is such a pleasure to work with, good human. If you have to call King and Bunnys, unfortunately you probably have an annoying problem to solve, and working with this business just makes it so much LESS annoying. It's hard to find someone you can trust that is fair and that provides high quality service and that's King and Bunnys!

My washer was broken. I needed a new one. My home is filled with appliances purchased from King and Bunny's. But to do my due diligence, I checked all the websites from Lowes to Home Depot to Best Buy for make and model I wanted. King and Bunny's price beat the big box stores.To make the experience even better, I have a limited space for my washer and dryer. When I was speaking to Jason about it and trying to figure out what would work best, he said he would come to my home and measure. No big box store would do that. Eventually, the model I bought would require that I take the door off my laundry space. When the guys came to install, they were able to work it so that I could leave the door on and preserve the esthetics of my kitchen.King and Bunny's has my business for life!

We knew what wanted after browsing Lowes, HD and Albert and purchased a Maytag Laundry set. No hasseling, friendly and professional with Brandon. We wanted to support this small and reputable local business even though each set was $100 more than the others but they were able to deliver 2-3 sooner. Delivery came within 25 minutes of the 2 hour window and were in and out with removal and setup in 30 minutes. Definitely would recommend King and Bunnys

It's been a year since I purchased a new refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and stove from King & Bunnys, and I couldn't be more happy. My toddler recently poured a huge bottle of dish soap into the dishwasher which ultimately resulted in a lot of issues. I called just to see if they had any recommendations for an appliance repair person, and they told me to hold on to my money and helped me troubleshoot over the phone. As long as this place is in business, I will only shop here.

I had a great experience here. My dishwasher went out and I want to stay away from the big box stores. I’ve heard I’d get better service and plus support a small local business so I stopped in and worked directly with Jason. He listened to what I needed and showed me multiple options. He ordered the dishwasher that best suited my needs and he didn’t even charge me until it arrived and was installed! He thought it’d be here at the end of May (global supply chain issues) but showed up 4 weeks earlier than expected. A tech came out and installed it and works great. Also they’ll handle the warranty work too! Just a great experience all around. I know I don’t have to look for a different appliance store. I’ll be going back to King and Bunny’s.

My husband and I recently bought a house with a very old beaten up range. We tried to fix it but finally gave up and bought a new one. We went into King and Bunnys and were in and out in 15 minutes with a new range being delivered in 2 days. It was wonderful and easy. The delivery was seamless and again went very smoothly. I needed a new washing machine when my old one died mid-cycle. I went online at King and Bunny's and left a message. I heard back right away. A comparable model to my old washer was available and, with Jason's help, I determined that it would work and fit, and it was delivered yesterday. In late September our 20+ year old dishwasher failed. It (and other appliances in our kitchen) was "biscuit" in color, which is hard to find these days. We went to the K&B website and quickly found what we were looking for. They have a great tool for narrowing your search. The delivery took 2 months due to COVID, but the dishwasher came within a few days of the estimated delivery, and was quickly installed. Thanks for a pleasant shopping experience!!

Jason answered the phone on the first ring! He was considerate to all my questions, navigated me through the website, comparison shopped for me and matched prices!!!!! My quest to remodel our kitchen with all stainless steel appliances was a headache until I called King & Bunny's. This shop did not disappoint! From the signature Kitchen Aid handles on the front door to the shop ;) to the customer service and friendly greeting, this place has exactly what you need at reasonable (and even lower than the competition) prices. Once the order was placed, Jason was gracious enough to waive haul-away and even offered free delivery if they were in charge of installation!! So helpful, so knowledgeable and very personable. I appreciate that there was an offer to extend his services if we run into any problems. Definitely recommending this place! You will be met with expertise and honesty.

Our experience with King and Bunnies needs to go viral. Jason has gone above and beyond any expectation I could imagine. In September 2020 I purchased a Whirlpool range from Jason at King and Bunnies. I was intending to surprise my wife with the new range by having it delivered, installed, and running while she was out of town for the weekend. Jason let me know he would be able to deliver the range a few days after my wife returned. I was bummed but I understood his schedule As we were lifting it up a cement staircase from our driveway to inside our house on a hand cart the worst thing happened. On the last step as my friend lifted it while I pulled it I fell off the stairway onto dirt and let go of the hand cart as I saw the range hit the cement step. As I unpacked the range I found the glass top with the main display had shattered into a thousand pieces and the ceramic cooktop was dented very badly. I was sick to my stomach. The following day I took my old range to King and Bunnies for them to dispose of for me. I told the person working that day what had happened. I asked him if he would ask Jason if he would sell me the damaged parts at cost. This where Jason went above and beyond what I would ever expect anyone to do. I received a call from Jason on Monday to discuss the situation. Jason told me he would be glad to sell me the parts at his cost but he told me he would rather replace the range for me. At first I didn’t realize what he was saying. I asked him what the parts would cost and he told me again he would like to replace the range. I told him I didn’t understand because he had nothing to do with the damage. To skip to the end, today on October 16, 2020, Jason delivered to my kitchen a brand new range at no cost to me. My wife and I are still in shock that a company would replace the range when I was completely responsible for the damage. King and Bunnies has earned a lifetime customer from my wife and I. I recommend anyone in the market for a new appliance consider purchasing from King and Bunnies. No one asked me to write this review. I was not paid to write this review. I received nothing for writing this review. I am writing this review because of how Jason took care of me, his customer. I learned that Jason’s parents started this company many years ago and Jason has worked at his parents business since has was 10 years old. It shows. After reviewing a few different places to shop for a new dishwasher, we decided to start at King and Bunnys due to the high praises the business has received. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint. We were greeted by Peter. Peter was incredibly nice and most importantly, knowledgeable. They are not pushy. I’ve worked years in luxury retail, and I really felt like I was in a high end establishment, and treated as such, the entire time. King and Bunnys seems to have a very high focus on taking care of each person who comes in the store. Fast foreword, and we are loving our new KitchenAid dishwasher. Sales reps are friendly and no pressure. Can't afford the top line model no problem. Sales reps won't push what you can't afford nor do not want. Products are reliable and they honor discounts. The extra effort in providing a superior coronavirus protections made it so we could relax and casually look at your appliances. The business was spotless, and the appliances were fully functional so we could observe their performance. We appreciate the extra time, individual attention, and dual detailed demonstration of how the dishwasher The two installers that came out did an outstanding installation job. They came fully prepared and equipped to do the work. The installation was over hardwood floors so it took extra effort to avoid damaging them. The plumbing beneath our kitchen sink is very complex at our home because of the many appliances included. The installers made the necessary adjustments, installed new parts, capped off an old line, and completed the job in a timely professional manner. Their extra effort is greatly appreciated. I can't say enough about King and Bunnys Appliances and their outstanding customer service and quality products offering. My fiancé and I walked into their store last Saturday morning looking for a new refrigerator. We were immediately greeted by a professional salesperson that was extremely knowledgeable about their products (appliances), very friendly and patiently answered all of our questions....And never once did we feel pressured to buy anything. That said, within 30 minutes we had made a purchase for a new refrigerator. As part of the process we also scheduled the home delivery which included moving our current refrigerator out into the garage of our house. Two days later everything was seamlessly done by a courteous, professional delivery crew that took care of everything.It's refreshing to see that there are still businesses out there that execute on taking care of their customers and providing the highest level of customer service possible. We will certainly use King and Bunnys again for any appliance needs. Washer went out on Friday night just as the holiday weekend started. Checked the website for a stackable and they had it in stock. Called on Saturday morning and ordered it for delivery Monday. Install scheduled 11 to 1pm, delivery crew showed up right at 11am and had the old one out and new one in under an hour. Crew was great, professional, pleasant, polite and knowledgeable about my unit.

Then I recently went to upgrade my kitchen appliances and the experience was yet again amazing. The showroom is small but mighty. The salesman Randy helped me make a decision on my Whirlpool fridge that is amazing. After getting it installed I went back the following week and got 3 more appliances (microwave, dishwasher and range)!!! The installers were fabulous they came in removed all appliances quickly and efficiently. Then swooped in with the new items and installed them without any problems. If your thinking of getting appliances this should be your place. From the pricing, to the salesman to the installers you can't go wrong!!! See photos of appliances attached...

I recently purchased a top loading washer and dryer from King and Bunny's and could not be happier. I went to Lowes (no one there to help me), then to Home Depot (woman working the department was treating another customer rudely) and then to King and Bunny's. Should have gone there first. My salesman told me all about top loading washers without the agitator, how to load them (there's a specific way to do it since there's no agitator) and much more about the washer. I felt I got a lot more info than I would have received at Lowes or Home Depot.The delivery guys did a great job removing my old W&D and installing my shiny new ones. The let me have all the time I needed to clean 12 years of crud that had accumulated under the machines. Super happy with them and the whole process. I love my new W&D, no more stink from my old front loading one. They're not the biggest showroom you'll find but they're very knowledgeable and helpful!

I didn't have time to go into the store so I dealt with Jason via phone by emailing pictures. I told him what I was looking for and I made the payment. It was delivered a couple days later. This is the second appliance I've purchased from them. $30 to take the old appliance away-- worth every dime .

This place is wonderful. I searched around and came here. I wanted a local store and to help my community. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and interested in their customers. Their products are very nice, top of the line items, but something for all price ranges. Prices are competitive. But, when you look at the warranties, the quality, a local store who has been around for years, you get what you pay for. They have their own delivery, so no one hired from another source.The delivery fee was $50 from Renton to Kent East Hill and they remove old one at no charge. The two guys who delivered were careful, friendly and not rushed. This has been a very good experience. I did not choose a chain. Also, I bought on a Thursday and received it the following Tuesday on time. If you want something to last that cost $$, come to King and Bunnys!

The previous owner and did a little patch wiring that was a hazard and he was so nice and fixed that putting the proper box so it was a shocking hazard. He was so professional and took the time to show me the new washer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these folks.

I could not be happier with my experience with King and Bunnys! Our fridge went out over the weekend and we first went to a box store and they said it would be the start of September before they could deliver it. Clearly that wasn't going to work and so we decided to check out King and Bunnys! So glad we did, Jason was so friendly and helpful even though we walked in just before close! He originally told us it would be Wednesday before it could be delivered but because our fridge was out he said that he would try to get it to us sooner but wasn't promising! Sure enough Monday afternoon they called and said they could deliver it! The delivery guys were wonderful too! We HIGHLY recommend them and we will buy from again!

My husband and I did some window shopping for a new dishwasher at other big box stores in the area. I had taken pictures on my phone of the prices in the models. We went into King and Bunny's and show them the price of the dishwasher we were looking at and there dishwasher was more expensive for the same model but they match the price. The whole transaction took less than 20 minutes. Excellent service, very knowledgeable staff. I've bought three major appliances from them over the past 10 years and I am always impressed with them.

If you want FAST, Personal, Courteous and Knowledgeable Service King and Bunny's Appliances is the place to come! I think King and Bunny's is definitely a cut above the rest. Home Depot, Sears,Lowe's all are good stores, don't get me wrong... But honestly there isn't anything like personal one on one service in a local Family Owned Business! They even answered their phone (NO RECORDINGS, NO PUSH THIS OR THAT NUMBER to get to a LIVE person). There prices were the same if not BETTER than the larger businesses. But you can't put a price on the FAST, PERSONAL SERVICE they supply. I ordered my Maytag Washer and Dryer on a Friday morning and by that afternoon they were delivered to my home and installed! Very impressive. That may not be the case all the time as a cancellation happened to come in when we were speaking and they offered me the opportunity. They were actually scheduling me for NEXT day service! BONUS, with the cancellation! Randy and his partner delivered my washer/dryer and they even did a SUPER JOB! Friendly, personable guys that were VERY careful removing my old appliances, bringing my new ones in and installing them. Peter, my sales rep. even followed up with a phone call Friday evening to make sure all was going well and to check and make sure I was satisfied with my service and to answer any questions I may have. So if you are considering purchasing any appliances I urge you to give King and Bunny's Appliances a try. You won't be disappointed!~

The best place to buy, excellent customer service and a great bunch there. Been some time now.. the last purchase was a refrigerator approx 8 yrs ago. Sorry to hear that King passed away when I read in paper awhile back. I remember first time I met King was when I bought a refrigerator from him when he was selling appliances at the old grocery store site. I think the grocery store was the old Albertson's store location that was vacated when they moved to the present Albertson's store location. One time after work years ago I needed a lawnmower so I stopped by when King was selling Toro lawnmowers at the present King and Bunny's location. He told me to take it home and just drop in later in the week to pay for it... no paperwork involved with that deal then :) Appliances still running fine here so it is rare to see me pop in.
