However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at (425) 277-0600 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

We offer Professional installation on any appliances that may require special attention (charges may apply).

Scope of Work

  • Remove existing appliance and haul away, or set aside at direction of customer
  • Check all existing connections for good condition and code worthiness, ie. Electrical, water line, and drain line
  • Install new appliance into existing location and secure
  • Make all necessary utility connections
  • Test new appliance for proper operation
  • Check all water lines, pumps and drain lines for leaks
  • Make any adjustments possible for perfect operation, fit, and finish
  • Clean up and remove any job-related debris

Free removal of old appliances

We offer free removal and disposal of your old appliances when we deliver your new appliances (up to a $40 value).

Drop off your old appliances

You can drop off your old appliances for a recycling fee of $20 per appliance for most appliances, $40 for refrigerators, freezers and other appliances with refrigerant.
