We can not overstate what a great experience purchasing a dishwasher was from King and Bunnys Appliances! Peter walked us through all our options, answered all our questions, pointed out features that helped us make a great choice. He is extremely knowledgeable, and personable! We bought the dishwasher on Thursday and it was installed Friday morning! Josh, the installer was prompt, friendly and shared some great tips! It was obvious that great customer service is important to this business! Very refreshing! We definitely recommend this family business!

These guys are top shelf without the top shelf price tag. I've bought several appliances over the years and every time I have called with any issue usually 5-10 years out of warranty they are happy to talk through options and multiple times I've gotten enough info to fix it myself for a fraction of the cost of a new appliance or professional repair. It's so cool when people just try to solve problems and provide excellent customer service. Will I always go back to them for the next appliance? Yep.

Customer service nowadays is everything, and it's exactly what separates King and Bunny's from the big box stores. We bought a (competitively priced) washer and dryer from King and Bunny's and had a slight problem with the closing mechanism on the dryer door being too tight. We were a bit nervous about trying to adjust it ourselves, as we did not want to void any warranties. I stopped by the store and talked to Brandon about our problem. He asked where I lived and said "You going to be home this afternoon?" After said yes, he said "I can swing by after work around 4:00 and adjust it for you." He called when he was on his way, showed up on time and quickly fixed the problem. There is NO WAY anyone at Lowes or Home Depot is going to give customers that kind of support. We are King and Bunny's customers for life!

Love a family owned business. I've always had a great experience with them. This is my go to place for appliances.

I can't say enough about King and Bunnys Appliances and their outstanding customer service and quality products offering. My fiancé and I walked into their store last Saturday morning looking for a new refrigerator. We were immediately greeted by a professional salesperson that was extremely knowledgeable about their products (appliances), very friendly and patiently answered all of our questions....And never once did we feel pressured to buy anything. That said, within 30 minutes we had made a purchase for a new refrigerator. As part of the process we also scheduled the home delivery which included moving our current refrigerator out into the garage of our house. Two days later everything was seamlessly done by a courteous, professional delivery crew that took care of everything. It's refreshing to see that there are still businesses out there that execute on taking care of their customers and providing the highest level of customer service possible. We will certainly use King and Bunnys again for any appliance needs. I will also encourage all my friends and family to do the same as they truly are a "top shelf" company who puts the customer first!! THANK YOU!!!

Nothing but rave reviews for King and Bunnys! Our first home we bought all of our appliances here and had a great experience. We have since moved to a new home and needed a washer and dryer. We came in and Jason was super knowledgeable and helpful answering our questions. He was more concerned about our needs than making the sale. He even brought up some great points about logistics in placing the appliances to think about. We'll be back when it's time to redo our kitchen!!!

Bought a washer and dryer over the phone, one installer all masked up, did not need to sign for delivery, invoice was emailed. Appreciate it during this Covid time.
